Detenci\u00f3n improcedente del exdiputado Ser\u00edgne Mbaye<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Un despiste parece que lo tiene cualquiera y los polic\u00edas que actuaron se olvidaron (presuntamente, siempre presuntamente) de la existencia de presunci\u00f3n de inocencia del derecho garant\u00edsta propio de un Estado democratico.<\/h2>\n

\"Momento<\/p>\n

Intervenci\u00f3n policial\u00a0mac\u00e1bra y violenta en la calle Antonio Leyva de Madrid para detener al defensor de los derechos humanos Ser\u00edgne Mbaye y a un redactor del diario El Salto.<\/h2>\n

Alrededor de las 19:30 de la tarde de este jueves, un comando de la polic\u00eda nacional que inclu\u00eda agentes uniformados y agentes de paisano\u00a0 ha terminado con la detenci\u00f3n del ex diputado auton\u00f3mico de Podemos, Ser\u00edgne Mbaye, as\u00ed como de un redactor de El Salto, medio que ha adelantado la noticia<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan explica El Salto y tal y como se puede ver en los v\u00eddeos publicados por el medio, la intervenci\u00f3n de los agentes estuvo cargada de una grotesta e innecesaria y rid\u00edcula violencia ante las protestas que ped\u00edan a los rapados uniformados municipales que dejaran de agredir a sus vecinos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan fuentes de la polic\u00eda: Los hechos se han producido sobre las 19.30 horas en el aparcamiento de un supermercado situado en la calle Antonio L\u00f3pez, cuando agentes de la Polic\u00eda han observado a dos personas merodeando de forma sospechosa entre unos coches.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En ese momento, los agentes han solicitado su identificaci\u00f3n, si bien uno de ellos ha salido corriendo y gritando, tal y como han relatado a Europa Press fuentes policiales. Ante los gritos, un grupo de personas han salido a su encuentro.<\/p>\n

Este\u00a0grupo de hombres, entre los que se encuentra Mbaye, se han enfrentado de forma violenta a los polic\u00edas,\u00a0<\/strong>seg\u00fan estas mismas fuentes. Los agentes les han reducido y han arrestado a un total de siete personas por presuntos delitos de desobediencia grave y resistencia a la autoridad. El incidente ha dejado adem\u00e1s un agente de Polic\u00eda herido, en principio, con lesiones leves.<\/p>\n

Esta versi\u00f3n es desmentida por el periodista de El Salto y por transe\u00fantes que vieron los hechos<\/p>\n

Las im\u00e1genes muestran a la polic\u00eda\u00a0 desatando la violencia en estado puro en plena calle y no defendi\u00e9ndose de ella.<\/p>\n

\u00bfD\u00f3nde est\u00e1 la dignidad de la persona? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 los funcionarios en lugar de tener una actitud defensiva emprenden una ofensiva sin que hubiera ni siquiera intento de agresi\u00f3n previo?. Respuesta: por mala pr\u00e1xis.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En las im\u00e1genes, se puede ver a los polic\u00edas agarrando por el cuello a una de las personas que est\u00e1 tirada en el suelo, que empieza a gritar que no puede respirar. En otro momento, se aprecia c\u00f3mo los polic\u00edas tiran violentamente de la pierna de Ser\u00edgne Mbaye y se la retuercen para intentar arrancarlo de unas rejas a las cuales el ex diputado de Podemos se estaba aferrando.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante la operaci\u00f3n, varios agentes han empujado tambi\u00e9n violentamente a los vecinos que estaban protestando y relatando lo que all\u00ed estaba ocurriendo. Finalmente, se han llevado detenidas a seis personas en un furg\u00f3n policial.<\/span><\/p>\n

Diversas fuentes han declarado desde el interior de la polic\u00eda municipal y del ayuntamiento y la comunidad de Madrid que desde la \u00e9poca del pucherazo llevado por Esperanza Aguirre, con el que rob\u00f3 al psoe su victoria electoral en Madrid, con el esc\u00e1ndalo de la compra de votos del llamado \u00abTamallazo\u00bb, el P.P y ahora tambi\u00e9n Vox, reclutan para la polic\u00eda madrile\u00f1a militantes y simpatizantes parados de sus formaciones pol\u00edticas. <\/strong>Esperemos que esa infiltraci\u00f3n de fuerzas ideologizadas no se est\u00e9 produciendo en la polic\u00eda nacional qu dirige Marlaska.<\/p>\n

Por su parte la Polic\u00eda Nacional ha dejado en libertad a Serigne Mbay\u00e9, exdiputado de la Asamblea de Madrid y actual secretario de antirracismo de Podemos<\/a>, que fue detenido en la tarde del jueves al protagonizar un altercado con agentes tras negarse a identificarse.<\/h5>\n

En una publicaci\u00f3n en redes sociales, la secretaria general de Podemos, Ione Belarra, ha pedido la que cese el hostigamiento racista: \u201c basta de persecuci\u00f3n policial por el color de piel y por defender la justicia social\u201d.A la salida de la comisar\u00eda esta pasada madrugada, Mbay\u00e9 ha denunciado \u201cpersecuci\u00f3n y violencia policial\u201d, seg\u00fan se puede escuchar en un v\u00eddeo difundido por redes sociales.<\/span><\/p>\n

Desde el partido morado denuncian\u00a0\u00abel racismo policial que cada d\u00eda sufren en nuestro pa\u00eds millones de personas racializadas\u00bb<\/strong>, explican fuentes de la formaci\u00f3n. Mbaye es integrante de la ejecutiva estatal de Podemos, donde ostenta la Secretar\u00eda de Antirracismo.<\/span><\/p>\n
