EL FRANQUISMO REGRESA A LA UNIVERSIDAD P\u00daBLICA DE MADRID<\/h1>\n

La falangista Isabel D\u00edaz Ayuso pide no atacar la universidad privada pero castiga a la Universidad P\u00fablica priv\u00e1ndola de la libertad de expresi\u00f3n real con un r\u00e9gimen basado en el miedo a recibir multas millonarIas.<\/h1>\n

Ayuso contempla multas de hasta 100.000 euros por manifestarse en universidades<\/h2>\n

Un borrador de la Comunidad de Madrid adem\u00e1s de las manifestaciones, el texto considera como infracci\u00f3n grave acampadas como las de los \u00faltimos meses en apoyo a Palestina.<\/h4>\n

La nueva ley regional de universidades<\/span>\u00a0recoge multas a \u201cmanifestaciones no autorizadas que impidan el libre y pac\u00edfico ejercicio de las manifestaciones que s\u00ed han sido debidamente autorizadas o comunicadas dentro del campus\u201d o por \u201cpermitir la ocupaci\u00f3n de cualquier lugar del campus, o que se impida el acceso a los mismos o el uso de las instalaciones universitarias\u201d, como informa hoy\u00a0El Pa\u00eds. <\/i>\u00a0El nuevo borrador, en el que se ampl\u00edan, circula tambi\u00e9n por redes sociales de sindicatos que consideran la futuras disposiciones como \u201cmordaza universitaria\u201d.<\/p>\n

TODA UNA DECLARACI\u00d3N DE INTENCIONES QUE ENCIERRA EL DERECHO A AMORDAZAR Y ACALLAR LAS PROTESTAS<\/p>\n

Las sanciones que recoge el escrito van desde los 15.000 a los 100.000 euros. El borrador tambi\u00e9n incluye multas de entre 300 a 15.000 euros por \u201ccolocar pancartas o s\u00edmbolos sin la debida autorizaci\u00f3n, o arrancar los que hayan sido debidamente autorizados\u201d.<\/p>\n

El texto incluye supuestos como \u201cno garantizar, por acci\u00f3n u omisi\u00f3n, la pluralidad y la libertad en el campus, especialmente la libertad de expresi\u00f3n, y de c\u00e1tedra\u201d como infracci\u00f3n muy grave con multas de entre 100.000 euros y un mill\u00f3n de euros.<\/p>\n

Este apartado incluye otros supuestos como \u201cejercer o amparar, por acci\u00f3n o por omisi\u00f3n, cualquier forma de censura, discriminaci\u00f3n o persecuci\u00f3n por raz\u00f3n de nacimiento, nacionalidad, raza, sexo, religi\u00f3n, edad, opini\u00f3n o cualquier otra condici\u00f3n o circunstancia personal o social\u201d o \u201cimpedir o dificultar la acci\u00f3n leg\u00edtima de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado dentro del campus universitario\u201d.<\/p>\n

La Ley de Ense\u00f1anzas Superiores, Universidades y Ciencia (LESUC), una nueva ley regional en debate, lleva meses negoci\u00e1ndose entre la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Universidades y los rectores de las seis universidades p\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/p>\n

El consejero de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Universidades, Emilio Viciana, ha se\u00f1alado este mi\u00e9rcoles que \u201cel r\u00e9gimen sancionador da herramientas a las universidades para poder hacer efectiva la autonom\u00eda y poder garantizar los derechos fundamentales\u201d. \u00a1 Ya le vale!<\/span><\/p>\n
