{"id":3029,"date":"2025-06-12T12:25:02","date_gmt":"2025-06-12T12:25:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tiempodetormentas.com\/?p=3029"},"modified":"2025-06-12T12:28:08","modified_gmt":"2025-06-12T12:28:08","slug":"hurtado-cuestionado-por-haber-presuntamentehurtado-de-objetividad-a-la-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tiempodetormentas.com\/en\/humanidad\/hurtado-cuestionado-por-haber-presuntamentehurtado-de-objetividad-a-la-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"HURTADO EL JUEZ QUE ACUSA SIN PRUEBAS \u00a0AL GOBIERNO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 HURTADO<\/h1>\n<h1>EL JUEZ QUE ACUSA SIN PRUEBAS<\/h1>\n<h1>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0AL GOBIERNO<\/h1>\n<h6>\u00a0Hurtado cuestionado por haber \u00abpresuntamente\u00bb hurtado de objetividad a la justicia<\/h6>\n<h2 class=\"title\">\u00c1ngel Hurtado, el juez que desvincul\u00f3 al PP de G\u00fcrtel y que subi\u00f3 al Supremo por las derechas de Feij\u00f3o.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.eldiario.es\/clip\/af727e10-32d3-4185-80fc-8d94aaaeed4c_16-9-discover-aspect-ratio_default_0.jpg\" alt=\"El fiscal general \u00c1lvaro Garc\u00eda Ortiz, el magistrado \u00c1ngel Hurtado y el auto de procedimiento abreviado\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>GRACIAS A LA INICIATIVA DEL TOGADO:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>EL FOCO MEDI\u00c1TICO CONSIGUE CUESTIONAR AL GOBIERNO DE\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 ESPA\u00d1A E INVISIBILIZA EL ESC\u00c1NDALO DEL NOVIO DE LA\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0FALANGISTA\u00a0 ISABEL D\u00cdAZ AYUSO, ALBERTO GONZ\u00c1LEZ AMADOR<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h3>Si no se trata de un intento de que la sociedad espa\u00f1ola no cuestione la \u00e9tica pol\u00edtica de la presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid, que con el ruido creado se olviden hablar de ella, se parece mucho.<\/h3>\n<h3>Lo cierto es que los madrile\u00f1os han pagadpo a un se\u00f1or 2 millones de euros en comisiones por comprar mascarillas y encima defraud\u00f3 350.000 euros a la Agencia Tributaria.<\/h3>\n<h4>El juez del Tribunal Supremo a\u00f1ade una acusaci\u00f3n in\u00e9dita en ocho meses de investigaci\u00f3n: que el fiscal general del Estado perpetr\u00f3 esta filtraci\u00f3n siguiendo \u201cindicaciones\u201d llegadas directamente desde el Palacio de la Moncloa.<\/h4>\n<h3>\u201cA ra\u00edz de indicaciones recibidas de Presidencia del Gobierno\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h4>Lanza esa bomba pol\u00edtica en el primer p\u00e1rrafo de su descripci\u00f3n de los hechos pero rebaja la intensidad de esa acusaci\u00f3n a medida que avanza su texto.<\/h4>\n<h4>Al final del auto, el juez reconoce que el \u201cdetonante\u201d de esa actuaci\u00f3n del fiscal general \u2013recabar la informaci\u00f3n del caso de Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez Amador y <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/politica\/ciertamente-han-cometido-delitos-hacienda-publica-confesion-escrito-pareja-ayuso_1_11211652.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"links-noticia\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/politica\/ciertamente-han-cometido-delitos-hacienda-publica-confesion-escrito-pareja-ayuso_1_11211652.html\">el correo con su confesi\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0para desmentir bulos y noticias falsas del caso\u2013 fue \u201cla informaci\u00f3n publicada en el diario El Mundo\u201d que ofrec\u00eda una versi\u00f3n manipulada de los hechos.<\/h4>\n<h4>Y \u201cal margen de las indicaciones que pudiera haber recibido de Presidencia del Gobierno\u201d; es decir, \u00abque pudiera\u00bb, lo que equivale a conjetura personal\u00edsima.<\/h4>\n<h4>El futuro juicio contra el fiscal general pero no se sostiene en ninguna prueba recabada a lo largo de m\u00e1s de <span style=\"color: #000000;\">medio a\u00f1o de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Todo parece cogido por los pelos para argumentar lo insostenible.El magistrado dedic\u00f3 varias semanas de diligencias a descubrir c\u00f3mo lleg\u00f3 la confesi\u00f3n de Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez Amador\u00a0<a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/politica\/sanchez-acera-desvincula-moncloa-filtracion-correo-pareja-ayuso-asegura-le-llego-prensa_1_12124866.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"links-noticia\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/politica\/sanchez-acera-desvincula-moncloa-filtracion-correo-pareja-ayuso-asegura-le-llego-prensa_1_12124866.html\">al tel\u00e9fono de Pilar S\u00e1nchez Acera<\/a> \u2013en aquellas fechas subordinada del jefe de Gabinete de S\u00e1nchez\u2013 en la ma\u00f1ana del 14 de marzo y antes de que su contenido \u00edntegro fuera publicado por los medios.<\/h4>\n<h4>l<span style=\"color: #000000;\">as pesquisas arranc\u00f3\u00a0<a class=\"link\" style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/politica\/crisis-juan-lobato-ultima-entrega-30-anos-sainete-socialista-madrid_1_11857716.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"links-noticia\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/politica\/crisis-juan-lobato-ultima-entrega-30-anos-sainete-socialista-madrid_1_11857716.html\">cuando Juan Lobato<\/a>, entonces l\u00edder de los socialistas madrile\u00f1os, acudi\u00f3 a un notario y consign\u00f3 los mensajes que hab\u00eda cruzado con S\u00e1nchez Acera, entonces asesora en Moncloa y hoy dirigente del PSOE regional, en la ma\u00f1ana del 14 de marzo de 2024.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como demuestran los mensajes aportados por Lobato al Supremo, S\u00e1nchez Acera le mand\u00f3 la confesi\u00f3n del abogado de Gonz\u00e1lez Amador a su WhatsApp a las ocho y media de la ma\u00f1ana. Media hora antes de que lo publicara de forma \u00edntegra El Plural, primer medio en difundir el documento. S\u00e1nchez Acera le dijo entonces que ese documento llegaba porque \u201c<a class=\"link\" style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/politica\/juez-vuelca-movil-lobato-contrastar-mensajes-acta-notarial_1_11862114.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"links-noticia\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/politica\/juez-vuelca-movil-lobato-contrastar-mensajes-acta-notarial_1_11862114.html\">lo tienen los medios<\/a>\u201d y ante el juez no especific\u00f3 qui\u00e9n se lo hizo llegar, pero neg\u00f3 que fuera la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>El Juez Hurtado no aporta prueba ninguna para sostener esa teor\u00eda: no hay mensajes, llamadas o emails que sustenten ni siquiera de manera indiciaria que Acera recibi\u00f3 el correo de parte del Ministerio Fiscal.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Sin embargo, a pesar de la falta de pruebas, este juez ha llegado a acusar abiertamente a la ex asesora de Presidencia de mentir en su testimonio y de poder enfrentarse a una acusaci\u00f3n de falso testimonio si repite sus palabras en el juicio. Lo que resulta inaudito y escandaloso.<\/h4>\n<h4>Esta posibilidad tampoco ha sido sugerida por la Unidad Central Operativa (UCO) de la Guardia Civil, autora de los informes clave del caso. Ni siquiera Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez Amador, en sus m\u00faltiples escritos, ha ido m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de explicar que el Gobierno y el PSOE usaron esa informaci\u00f3n procedente de la Fiscal\u00eda para atacar a Ayuso.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>LA FRASE DE HURTADO UTILIZADA POR EL PARTIDO POPULAR<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00a0 \u00a0 COMO ESTRATEGIA GOLPISTA CONTRA LA DEMOCRACIA<\/h4>\n<h4>El terremoto pol\u00edtico de esta frase in\u00e9dita de este juez Hurtado ya ha comenzado y el Partido Popular, el partido que le ascendi\u00f3 al Supremo, adem\u00e1s de las declaraciones p\u00fablicas de sus l\u00edderes, ha solicitado que Pedro S\u00e1nchez comparezca ante el pleno del Congreso para qui\u00e9n dio \u201cindicaciones\u201d al fiscal general y la utiliza para pedir la dimisi\u00f3n del gobierno.<\/h4>\n<h4>Y es que el P.P busca tirar al gobierno por todos los medios sin respetar los periodos de mandato. Bajo la acusaci\u00f3n de que el P.P alcanz\u00f3 la mayor\u00eda y deber\u00eda gobernar, a pesar de no sumar y con los votos prestados de VOX el n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de votos parlamentarios para conseguir el acuerdo de formar gobierno; Sin embargo, se olvidan muy intencionalmente que en todas las Comunidades que gobiernan lo hacen alcanzando acuerdos , esos s\u00ed que \u00abfrankestein\u00bb, con los votos de VOX como en el caso de la ex miembro de falange Isabel D\u00edaz Ayuso y el alcalde de Madrid Almeida. Un fascista de facto que se ha dedicado en plan macarra y ultra a destruir las placas de homenaje a los dem\u00f3cratas fusllados por una dictadura y a retirar nombres de las calles para colocar los de los militares golpistas y de otros fascistas \u00bf y eso es ser dem\u00f3crata?
