Naci\u00f3 en\u00a0Ciudad de Guatemala, de padre exiliado, republicano de origen vasco, y de madre paname\u00f1a, declamadora. Su familia volvi\u00f3 a Espa\u00f1a siendo \u00e9l un ni\u00f1o, en 1963, y se trasladaron a Madrid. Se licenci\u00f3 en Sociolog\u00eda y Antropolog\u00eda por la\u00a0Universidad Complutense de Madrid\u00a0en 1982 y se doctor\u00f3 en Filosof\u00eda por la\u00a0Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid\u00a0en 1997, con una tesis titulada\u00a0La condici\u00f3n postrimera (Hacia una delimitaci\u00f3n del ser contempor\u00e1neo)<\/em>, que recibi\u00f3 el Premio Extraordinario 1998 a la mejor tesis defendida en el Departamento de Filosof\u00eda de esta universidad. Como escritor ha publicado libros de relatos, poes\u00eda, novela y ensayos, entre los que se citan\u00a0Una fatal p\u00e9rdida de tiempo<\/em>,\u00a0El Club de la Infamia<\/em>,\u00a0Cantigas de Andar<\/em>,\u00a0De los a\u00f1os pr\u00f3ximos<\/em>, y\u00a0La venganza del gallego<\/em>. Como compilador, public\u00f3\u00a0La pol\u00e9mica de la posmodernidad<\/em>\u00a0y\u00a0Observatorio Siglo XXI<\/em>.<\/p>\n

EL QUE HIERE DE LEJOS.<\/strong>\u00a0Se observa aqu\u00ed una definida consunci\u00f3n de temas, tonos, voces y formas expresivas procedentes de toda su trayectoria anterior. Pareciera, o es, que en sus primeros libros, y muy especialmente en los De la serie de los a\u00f1os pr\u00f3ximos, el poeta hubiera querido aquilatar sus referentes po\u00e9ticos fundamentales, y solo ahora, en esta cuarta entrega, nos ofreciera los resultados contrastados de un trayecto hollado por interrogantes sin fin.
